Theeza's sweet chicken - Cuban dish

Theeza's sweet chicken

4-5 potatoes
1 big bell pepper
2 medium size onions
500 chicken breast
Paprika
Turmeric
Minced bonnet pepper
Parsley
Basil
Salt 
Pepper
Chili (if you like it spicy)


How to make it:

Take a bowl and boil the washed potatoes.
Clean them and cut them into small size cubes.
Take a bowl and fry the chopped onion glassy then add the paprika. Take it down from the stove and stir it well together.
Add the cubed potatoes put it back on the stove and stir it together adding salt according to your taste. 

Cut the chicken breast into small cubes and fry them in a little sunflower oil. Add some salt, pepper and turmeric. When it is almost done add the chopped onion and the minced bonnet pepper.
Fry it until the chicken is done and and the onion is glassy.
Add the sliced bell pepper and fry it a little longer(Chili if you like it spicy).
When almost done add some chopped parley and basil.


!Tip : I recommend a cold beer with it.
