Shrimp in white wine sauce
150 g Tagliatelle
3 spring onions
1 clove of garlic
1/2 chili (chopped fine)
1 teaspoon of olive oil
150 g shrimp
150 ml whipping cream
50 ml white wine
Salt
Pepper
Basil
How to make it:
Cook the pasta in salted water.
Chop the spring onions and the garlic fine and fry the glassy. Add the shrimp and the chili and fry it for 3-4 minutes.
Add the whipping cream and the wine.
Add salt and pepper according to your taste and cook it until it thickens.
Put the pasta on a plate add the sauce on the top and garnish it with basil leaves.
!Tip : Recommend a perfectly chilled white wine or rose with it.
