Nutella cheesecake
250 g cracker crumbs
100 g butter
2 tablespoons of Nutella (taken out from the 400 g)
400 g Nutella
500 g Mascarpone
50 g icing sugar
50 g chopped walnuts
How to make it:
Mix the cracker crumbs with the melted butter and the 2 tablespoons of Nutella.
Pour it into a cake-pan and stick it to the sides and the bottom of the pan so you will have the cakes form.
Let it rest in the fridge until you make the cream.
Mix the mascarpone, the rest of the Nutella and the icing sugar with a food mixer until it is foamy.
Fill the cake form with the cream and add the chopped walnuts on the top. Let it rest in the fridge for around 3 hours.
!Tip : Can be served with strawberries.
