Theeza's tomato soup
1 l tomato juice 100%
2-3 carrots
sugar
Salt
Oil
Parsley
Vermicelli
How to make it:
Clean the carrots and slice them into thick slices.
Put on some oil and fry the carrots until the oil turns yellow, when done pour so much water on it until the carrots are submerged.
Cook it until the carrots are done then pour over it the tomato juice.
Let it cook for another 5-6 minutes and add salt,sugar and parsley according to your liking.
In a separate bowl cook some vermicelli.
When done put some in a soup plate and garish it with parsley.
!Tip : Make sure not to use to much water for cooking the carrots, the soup is tastier when it is a little thick.
