Lemon cheese cake - Hungarian dessert

Lemon cheese cake

100 g melted butter
200 g ground biscuits
300 g mascarpone
2 dl yogurt
100 g sour cream
200 g icing sugar
4 dl whipping cream
2 lemons
1.5 dl lemon juice
20 g gelatine
1 lemon
Mint leaves


How to make it:

Cut a baking paper disc on the bottom of the cake mold.
Mix the ground biscuits with the melted butter and push it on the cake mold's bottom and sides.
In a small bowl mix the lemon juice from the 2 lemons with the gelatine and put it aside.
Make the mascarpone foamy with a mixer, then add the yogurt, sour cream, icing sugar and lemon peel and mix it together.
Make the whipping cream foamy with a mixer and add it to the rest.
Put the gelatine with the lemon juice on the stove and heat it up until the gelatine melts.
Add it to the cream and mix it well together with a food mixer.
Fill the cake in the mold with the cream and put it in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
Decorate it with lemon slices and mint leaves.

!Tip : Sprinkle some vanilla sugar on top.
