Theeza's pork stew
1 kg leg of pork or beef shank
6-8 onions
1-2 bell peppers
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
How to make it:
Chop the onions and a bell pepper fine and fry it glassy. Add the meat and fill the bowl with water.
Add salt and pepper according to your taste and add some paprika too.
Cook it until the meat is done. If you need to add water add only hot water or the meat will harden.
!Tip : Serve it with fresh baguette or mush.
