Fanta cake

6 eggs
6 table spoons of sugar
4 table spoons of flour
2 table spoons of cocoa
1 dl oil
1,5 bag of baking powder
1/2 kg cottage cheese
250 g margarine
150 g  Icing sugar
1 orange
1 vanilla pudding powder
2 table spoons of sugar
33 dl Fanta orange

How to make it:

Separate the egg whites from the yolk.
Add to the yolk the 6 table spoons of sugar, and the oil.
Beat the egg whites to a hard whip. Add the baking powder to the flour and the cocoa, mix it well together and add it to the yolk.
After that add the whip to.
Take a pan grease it with some butter and add a little flour so it sticks to the sides.
Add the dollop and bake it in the oven on medium heat.
It is done when it doesn't sticks to the inserted fork.

Cream:
Mix the margarine with the icing sugar until it is foamy.
Add the cottage cheese and mix it well together, add the grated orange peel and mix it until it is foamy.
When the cake cooled down add all of it on the top.

Topping:

Add the Fanta(orange) into a small bowl and heat it up.
In a separate bowl mix the vanilla pudding, 2 spoons of sugar with a little Fanta and mix it together so it is not lumpy.
Add it to the preheated Fanta and mix it well together.
When it thickens add it on the top of the cake until it is hot.
This topping needs to cool down on it because it will harden on the top.

!Tip : You can make it with different toppings just choose same taste of pudding powder as the Fanta. Also you can add same sort of fruits in the cream replacing the orange peel.
