Cabbage with Noodles
1 cabbage
Ricciolini
Salt
Black pepper
Sunflower oil
How to make it:
Cut the cabbage into small slices.
Put a pan with a little sunflower oil on the stove. Add the cabbage and braise it.
When the cabbage is almost done cook the ricciolini in salted water.
When the pasta is done add it to the cabbage and mix it well together.
Add salt an black pepper according to your taste.
!Tip : Make it from red cabbage it will make the pasta more colorful.
