Broccoli gratin - Hungarian dish

Broccoli gratin


1 broccoli
Chip cheese
Nutmeg
1 tablespoon of butter
5 dl Butterfat
3 tablespoon of flour
Salt


How to make it:


Cook the broccoli in salted water and put the flowers in heat proof pan.(2-3 minutes)
Melt the butter and add the flour into it. Fry it a little bit until it begins to turn brownish.
Add the butterfat and cook it until it begins to harden.
At the end add the nutmeg and salt according to your taste and cook it for 2 more minutes.
Pour this sauce over the broccoli and cover it with chip cheese.
Fry it until the cheese on the top turns brown.(medium heat).
Serve it with french fries.


!Tip : Make sure the broccoli is not overdone. Serve it with a well chilled white wine.
