Theeza's breaded stuffed bell peppers
250 g curd cheese
4 kapia or bell pepper
3 egg
2 tomatoes
Parsley
Basil
Salt
Pepper
Delikat seasoning
Flour
Bread crumbs
Sunflower oil
How to make it:
Slice the tomatoes into small cubes.
Mix it with the curd cheese, 1 egg, parsley, basil, salt , pepper, Delikat seasoning.
Fry the peppers until you can peel the outer layer of them.
Peel the outer layer of the peppers and fill them with the curd cheese mixture. Beat the eggs foamy.
Roll the filed peppers in this order in the eggs, flour, eggs, breadcrumbs and fry them in sunflower oil.
!Tip: If you are not a vegetarian serve it with fried chicken breast with turmeric and spring onion.
