Saffron shrimp
250 g shrimp
3-4 cloves of garlic
1 dl cooking cream 30%
2 tea spoon of saffron
Olive oil
1 dl white wine
Lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
How to make it:
Heat a little olive oil in a larger pan. Add the shrimp and the chopped garlic.
Fry it around 3-4 minutes until the shrip is a little redish and soft.
Add salt and pepper according to your liking and add a few drops of lemon juice for flavor.
At the end add the wine and the saffron. Let the alcool evaporate add the cooking cream.
Let it cook for a minute and it is ready to serve.
!Tip : Serve it with rice and white wine.
