Theeza's Pad Thai
5 spring onions
Carrot
Broccoli
Cauliflower
3 cloves of garlic
500 g chicken breast
Satay marinade
Sukiyaki wok sauce
Cabbage
Turmeric
1 egg
Salt
Pepper
Bell pepper
Rice or wok noodles
How to make it:
Fist clean the chicken breast and cut it into small pieces.Add the Satay marinade and leave it to marinate for 1-2 hours.
Clean the vegetables.
Take the wok and heat it up, add a little oil the chicken breast and turmeric. Fry it until it is almost done.
Add every vegetable and cook it with the chicken breast until all vegetables are cooked. Add the Sukiyaki wok sauce and cook it a little more (3-4 minutes).
Add the cooked rice or wok noodles mix it together and it's done.
!Tip : Make sure you cook the noodles in time to add it to the dish so the vegetables stay crunchy but also not to soon. Timing is everything.
