Krémes - Hungarian dessert

Krémes
8 eggs
1 gelatin
1 vanilla sugar
1/2 l milk
2 spoons of flour
4 spoons of sugar
2 flaky pastry
How to make it:
Separate the egg whites from the yolk.
Mix finely the yolk with the sugar, the vanilla sugar, flour and the gelatin.
When done add the milk slowly mixing it thoroughly.
Cook it over steam siring it until it becomes creamy. After it is done you have to let it cool down to room temperature.
Beat the egg whites with 2 spoons of sugar hard and lowly add it to the cream.
Stir it gently becouse the egg white will give the hight of the cream.
Bake the flaky pastry until it is golden brown. Let it cool down.
Put one on the bottom of the baking pan add the cream and the other pastry on the top.
Put icing sugar over the desert and put it in the fridge for 2 hours.
Cut the desert with wet knife so you can cut nice slices.
!Tip : Serve it with strawberries.
