Theeza's Dark Chocolate Cake


For the cake layers
1 Teaspoon of vanilla flavor
330 g Sugar
125 g Flour
75  g Butter
85  g Cocoa-powder
8 Eggs

The cream
375 g Dark chocolate
180 ml Whipping-cream
155 g Butter


How to make it:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Take a 20 cm long baking pan and line it with baking paper.
Melt the butter and the vanilla over a small flame and put it aside to cool down.
Mix the eggs With the sugar until it is creamy. Add the cocoa-powder and the flour to the mass after which add the butter and mix it gently.
Pour half of the mass into the baking pan and bake it around 25 minutes until it is done. 
Repeat this with the other half and let it cool down it the pan .
After it cooled down slice them in half.

For the cream
Melt the chocolate and the butter in the whipping-cream over steam. 
Let it cool down and then put it in the frige for a while. After that make it foamy with a mixer.
Fill the cake layers with the cream,put them over each other and also coat it. 

!Tip : You can add a layer of strawberries or bananas and also decorate the cake with it.
