Paprika Potatoes with Transylvanian sausage - Transylvanian dish

Paprika Potatoes with Transylvanian sausage

8 middle size potatoes
1 onion
2 scallions
Hungarian red pepper
Salt


How to prepare:

Wash the potatoes and boil them in their peel.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Chop the onion and the scallions into very small pieces and fry them until it turns glassy. Take the frying pan aside and add the red pepper. Stir it together until you get a red mass then put it back on the stove and add the potatoes.
Add salt according to your taste and stir it together.
Fry the sausages until they turn a almost crisp then add a little water to it and boil it for 5 minutes.
Be careful while adding the water, do not burn yourself!


Tip! : I recommend to it a cold lager beer.
