5 boiled eggs
225 g natural spreads
5 db spring onions
2 tablespoons of mustard
Salt
Pepper
How to make it:
Boil the eggs and grate it in a bowl.
Chop the spring onions and add it to the eggs. Add the mustard to it and mix it together.
Add the natural spreads and mix it until it becomes almost smooth.
Add salt and pepper according to you liking and let it rest for 2 hours in the fridge.
Serve it with vegetables, cheese, ham or other meat products.
!Tip : It tastes great with fresh mint tea or white wine.
