Theeza's green bean casserole - Hungarian dish

Theeza's green bean casserole

1 kg green beans
30 dkg minced pork
300 g sour cream (20%)
2 eggs
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
Oil
Salt
Pepper
Breadcrumbs


How to make it:

Clean the green bean and boil it in salted water.
Chop the onion and fry it until it turns glassy. Add the minced pork and add salt and pepper according to your liking.
Add the finely chopped garlic ad fry it until it is almost done (10 min.).
Fry the breadcrums in a little oil. Grease heat proof pan with butter and add on the bottom a little from the breadcrumbs.
Add half of the green beans then the minced pork then the other half of the beans.
Mix the eggs with the sour cream, add a little salt and pour it over the casserole.
Sprinkle the remaining breadcrumbs on it and bake it for 50 minutes in a 200 C°oven.

!Tip : Serve it traditionally with fresh baguette.
