Mushroom "Paprikás"  with mush

1 middle size onion
1/2 kg mushrooms
200g sour cream
1 cup of milk
2 spoons of flour
Paprika
Salt
Pepper

How to make it:

Peel the mushrooms and slice them.
Peel the onion and chop it into fine pieces and fry it glassy. Add a spoon full of paprika and immediately add the mushrooms and water.
Add so much water until the mushrooms are submerged but only that much.
Cook the mushrooms from boiling point for 20 minutes.
Mix the flour with the milk until there are no more lumps in it.
Add it to the mushrooms, when it is beginning to thicken add the sour cream to and cook it for 5-8 minutes more.

Boil salted water in a medium or small bowl.
When the water reached boiling point add so much grits that it comes out under the water.
Mix it with the water until there are no more lumps in it and cook it until the water evaporates.

Pour the mass into a small bowl and let it harden.
Shake it a little bit and put the harden mass into a lager plate then surround it with the mushrooms.
Done.

!Tip : I recommend a fine Hungarian white wine with it from the Badacsony region.
