Theeza's gnocchi in sour cream & cheese sauce

Gnocchi in sour cream & cheese sauce

1/2 kg Gnocchi
20 g butter
300 ml cooking cream
250 g bacon
5 Scallions
Cheddar cheese
Salt 
Pepper
Parsley
Basil
Nutmeg


How to make it:

Boil the gnocchi in salted water.
Take a frying pan and fry the bacon in the butter. Add salt and pepper according to your taste.
Add the chopped scallions and fry it until the bacon is done.
Pour the cooking cream over the bacon and add some parsley,basil and grounded nutmeg.
Cook it until it begins to thicken, then add the cheese.
When the cheese melts and becomes creamy pour it over the gnocchi and garnish it with chopped basil and parsley


!Tip : Serve it with white wine since it is a pretty heavy meal.
