Trout with herbs and paprika - Transylvanian dish

Trout with herbs and paprika - Transylvanian dish

0.5 kg Trout
2 tablespoons of Paprika
4 cloves of garlic chopped
1 little onion
10 basil leaves chopped
6 sprig of thyme
1 rosemary thread
Salt
1/2 lemon
Olive oil

How to prepare:

Take a bowl and mix the paprika, the garlic,the onion, the basil leaves, the thyme, the rosemary, the salt, the lemon with the olive oil until it becomes a dollop ( best with blender ).
Clean the trout, put in on a baking paper and fill it with this filling. Put a half of rosemary thread in it and pour the rest of the filling on the trout. Wrap the trout and put it in a pan and fry it in a 180-degree oven for approx. 20 minutes. In the end unfold the paper and fry it for another 5 minutes.
Serve it with French fries and lemon slices.


!Tip : Drink a good white wine with it from the Badacsony wine region of Hungary.
