Theeza's Pea stew with sunny-side up - Transylvanian dish

1 can of Bonduelle green peas 545 g
1 l of milk
1 middle size onion
1 sour cream 330 g
3 spoons of flour
Paprika
Salt
Eggs
Pepper

How to make it:

Chop the onion. Take a pot and put in on the oven with a little oil.
Fry the onion until it is glassy and add the flour.
Mix it well together and fry it until it is light brown (do not burn it!).
Take it off the oven and add the paprika then the peas.
Mix it all together then put it back on the oven and add the milk.
Add salt according to your taste and let it boil stirring it to time to time. When it begins to thicken add the sour cream and let it boil for another 3 minutes stirring it until it is done.
Put it into a soup plate and let it cool for a little while.
In that time make some sunny-side up from 2 eggs at place it on the top.
Enjoy!

!Tip : Instead of sunny-side up you can fry some sausages if you like meat.
