Chicken in garlic sauce - Hungarian dish

Chicken in garlic sauce


50 dkg Chicken breast fillets
5 spoons of  Sour cream
1 dl Milk
1 spoon of flour
Parsley
2 Cloves of garlic
Salt
Pepper
Sunflower oil


How to make it:

Slice the chicken breast fillets into cubes.
Fry them over hot oil in a pan and add salt and pepper according to your taste.
In the meantime mix the sour cream, milk and the flour together. Grated into it the garlic and pour it over the chicken.
cook and stir it over low flame until it thickens.
At the end add the parsley and let it cook a little bit more.


!Tip : You can serve it with pasta or potatoes. I recommend potatoes with parsley and good glass of white wine.
