Potato casserole - Transylvanian dish

Potato casserole


6-7 potatoes
4-5 eggs
Sour cream
Salt


How to make it:

Wash and cook the potatoes. Peel them and slice them.
Boil the eggs around 13 minutes. Peel them and slice them also.
In a heatproof pan put a little oil and put a layer of potatoes then a layer of eggs.
Repeat this until you run out of ingredients.
Salt it from time to time according to your taste.
Pour some oil on it and put it in the oven util the top layer is fried.(brownish).
Serve it with sour cream on top.


!Tip : You can add Transylvanian sausage and scallion to it if you want to have meat in it. The difference is that you add the sour cream to it and fry it in the oven.
