Theeza's tortellini in cheese sauce
1 bag of tortellini of your preference
Bacon
1 middle size onion
250 ml cooking cream
Swiss cheese
Parmesan cheese
Fresh basil
Fresh parsley
Salt
Pepper
How to make it:
Boil the tortellini in salted water until it surfaces, about 3-4 minutes usually.
Put a frying pan on the stove with a little butter and the bacon and fry it until the bacon is almost done. Chop the onion as fine as possible and fry with the bacon until it becomes glassy. Add salt and pepper according to your taste.
Add the cooking cream to it and let it boil until it begins to thicken the add the Swiss and Parmesan cheese.
Chop the basil and the parsley fine. Add the basil to the sauce and let it cook until the sauce is done.
Pour the sauce over the tortellini and garnish it with fresh parsley leaves.

!Tip : Use a different meat beside the bacon such as ham or meatloaf for more taste. I recommend meatloaf since it has garlic in it.
