Salmon filet in wine-sour cream sauce - Hungarian dish

Salmon filet in wine-cream sauce

80 dkg salmon
10 dkg breadcrumbs
300 ml cream
1 onion
4 scallion
100 ml white wine
1 table spoon of butter
Salt 
Pepper


How to make it:

Take the fish and season it with salt and pepper according to your liking. Butter the inside of a heatproof bowl and put the chopped onion on the bottom of the bowl. Put the fish on the onion and pour the cream and the white wine on it. It is best if the fish is submerged.
Sprinkle the chopped scallions and the breadcrumbs on the fish.
In a 200 degree preheated oven cook the fish for 25-35 minutes until the top is slightly brown.
Serve it with french fries or some kind of potatoes.

!Tip : Season the french fries with pepper and paprika for more taste.
