How to prepare:
Fry the
sliced bacon and the bell pepper and add the grate garlic.
Slice the
chicken breast into fine slices and put it in a bowl slightly buttered.
Upon the
chicken we add the fried bacon with the pepper and we put it into the oven for
30 minutes on 180 Celsius. You can add zucchini as well if you like.
It can be
served with rice to which we can add curry for a better taste.
!Tip : I recommend to use rice with basil and lemon. Also best with a glass of rose wine.
