Cottage cheese dumplings - Hungarian dish

Cottage cheese dumplings


50 dkg cottage cheese
2 eggs
2 dl of semolina
2 spoons of oil
10 dkg of breadcrumbs
Salt
Icing sugar
Sour cream


How to prepare:

Mix the cottage cheese with the eggs and the semolina in a bowl until it is creamy like. 
Put the dollop in the fridge for 1 hour. With wet hands form dumplings form 3 spoons full of dollop. 
Boil it in boiling salted water until it floats. Put on a frying pan with a little oil and fry the breadcrumbs until it turns brown. 
Roll the dumplings in the breadcrumbs and serve it with sour cream and icing sugar.


!Tip : Do not over cook it because it will harden looses the puffiness.
