Theeza's home made Doh!

3-4 slices of ham
1 small bell pepper
1 small onion
Bacon
Grated cheese
1 egg
5-6 table spoons of flour
Milk
Corn
Green beans
Salt
Pepper
Mustard
Ketchup
Parsley
Sunflower oil

How to make it:

Take a bowl. Mix the egg with flour then add so much milk until it becomes almost fluid like but thick. Add a pinch of salt to.
Add the corn and the green beans and mix it well together.
Slice the ham and the bacon into small cubes. Take a pan and fry them in a little sunflower oil. Add salt and pepper according to your liking. When almost done add the finely chopped onion and bell pepper and fry them until the bacon and the ham is done.
Add the mixture to it and fry it until one side is done the flip it and add the cheese on top.
Fry it until the other side is done to.
Remove it the add finely chopped parsley on top.
Serve it with mustard and ketchup.


!Tip : I like it when the mixture is not totally fried meaning the middle of the dish is a little bit "gooey" like fresh donuts or bead.
